As your agent, our job first and foremost is to listen,
and get to know you, so that we can tailor our services to your
specific needs. We go beyond “where and how much”
to get an understanding of your lifestyle and tastes, and to identify
those must-haves that your next home cannot be without.
We can also provide insight into mortgage options, ranging
from fixed rate to interest only, and help you get
pre-approved if you have not done so already. Additionally,
you can rest assured that we only service those communities and
neighborhoods where
we have vocation, and have experience representing everyone from
first-time homebuyers to empty-nesters.
So let the house hunting begin! We start by seeking out
properties that we think will be a good fit based on our knowledge
of neighborhoods and what you have told us. We also give
our clients unrestricted access to the Multiple Listing Service
(MLS) to do their own searches online, right from this website.
Using this service you will be able to access property descriptions,
pictures, virtual-tours and addresses, and get a better feel for
what to expect given certain price and neighborhood criteria.
Behind the scenes, we personally do daily searches from new property
listings, and seek out information on upcoming property listings,
before they are listed publically, giving our clients every advantage.
When you see something you like, we will arrange for and accompany property showings, based on your schedule. We can also put together Sunday open house lists and send them to you by fax or email, as another way of seeing homes that are of interest.
For each house that we visit, our job is to get any questions you might have answered, know the right questions to ask of sellers agents so that we can get a clear picture of a
properties attributes, and to be your neighborhood guide, should you be unfamiliar with proximity to parks, shopping and the like or information on local schools.
Once a property is identified that you are interested in pursuing, our job is to negotiate your best possible terms and conditions, and walk you though the transaction from Offer to Purchase to home inspection to Purchase and Sale Agreement to mortgage commitment and closing.
Along the way, we can also provide referrals to home inspectors, attorneys and movers, and are always available to answer questions.
